Families who register but do not attend:

To receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $100 administration charge, you must give one month’s notice.

New Families who register for Summer Camp

To withdraw from CECC without penalty, you must give one full month’s written notice. If insufficient notice is given you will forfeit your full deposit. On your child’s last day of camp, you will receive a refund, but if you have outstanding fees they will be deducted from your deposit.

CWELCC

The Government of Canada, through its Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care Programme (CWELCC), has funded CECC to reduce the fees for children under the age of six years. The reduced fees are reflected on the fee chart. We anticipate there may be further changes in 2023

Subsidy

Families receiving subsidy may only take 35 days off per year, this includes vacation and sick time. They may also only take 20 consecutive days off per year. If a family uses more than the allowed days, full fee daily rates will apply.
